EKS Introducing ourselves
EKS Handelsgesellschaft m.b.H. & Co. KG was established in 1982 as a joint venture of the SPAR Austria and METRO Group. EKS aims at cooperation with suppliers of the SPAR Austria and the METRO Group. For this purpose, EKS concludes corresponding agreements with suppliers comprising a comprehensive package of EKS services.
The network has been steadily expanded since 1982. EKS now works together with over 1 800 food and non-food suppliers.
Growth in volume of receivables settled

One of the principal services offered by EKS Handelsgesellschaft is the intercompany settlement of all receivables and liabilities of the EKS affiliates. Through steady growth and expansion, the volume of settlement has consistantly increased in recent years.
